Job Description: We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our TIS LP Operations Business Services team. In this role you will serve as direct liaison to functional process owners in order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area projects and maintenance work. Job Responsibilities: Partner with development team to provide reporting and status on project deliverables. Incumbent must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what’s technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable. Solutioning business problems, utilizing existing business capabilities Assists the business in determining which business requirements can and should be automated and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes Perform project management tasks as needed TIS Business Analyst engages with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. Assist in the definition of project scope and success criteria Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications. Coordinate and participate in testing activities. Participate in requirements prioritization.
