Job Description:

The Account Management Unit is seeking a team player with superior internal and external customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Control Cashier (CC) I will receive, audit, and deposit fees
• Assist SMVTs and Managers with critical transactions
• Review, file, and generate automated reports; analyzes data
• Identify discrepancies and/or inconsistencies while conducting quality control checks
• Provide technical support
• Answer questions
• Explain procedures and transaction errors
• Interpret, explain, and apply accounting procedures, automation updates, and new keying practices
• Answer phone inquiries from internal and external customers
• Assist with training
