Job Description:

The Staff Orginational Design & Optimization Specialist uses a consultative approach and process-oriented tools and perspectives to provide global business solutions. Areas of specialty include, but are not limited to:, organizational design, organizational development, change management, and corporate culture definition. Collaborates with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), client leaders, and where applicable external vendors. May partner with Talent co-workers to design and/or conduct targeted training programs, promote company products and policies, supervisory/management techniques, etc. Key skills and abilities include organizational and leadership needs assessment, consulting and coaching, influencing, facilitation and presenting, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support change strategies ensuring successful transition to new operating models.
  • Serve as an organizational design subject matter expert (SME) across multiple functions and geographies.
  • This individual will focus on developing high-impact solutions that drive accelerated business results.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and client leaders to design and deliver organizational programs and strategies in support of critical business initiatives.
  • Leverage Voice of the Employee data and organization diagnostic tools
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure initiatives align with legacy framework, employee engagement efforts, and key work processes.
  • Reinforce Dexcom Culture and Employee Experience
  • Work collaboratively with HRBPs and Center of Expertise peers (e.g. Talent Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and HR Operations) to develop and execute global talent and organizational development strategies that meet ongoing and future business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience serving as culture and organization change agent in a fast moving, dynamic and results-driven organization
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
  • Proven record implementing successful initiatives in organizational design, organizational development, change management, and culture
  • Strong business and Human Resources acumen
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
