Job Description: The Maintenance Intern provides the best possible support by assisting with all aspects of Maintenance planning. This position will allow the team member to gain insight to the production maintenance processes in our shops (Body Shop or Paint Shop and Assembly). The internship will expose the team member to all levels in the organization to assist in building a resume that will allow the team member to become competitive in the job market. Job Responsibilities: Improve transparency of project-related action items Develop and track useful KPIs Prepare meeting agendas and minutes Work with maintenance engineering on PM plan creation Assist where needed at the department Coordinate project steps with plant operations Feasibility analysis of optimization projects Job Requirements: Analytical thinking, ability to work systematically and independently Applicants should be eager, driven, focused, hard-working individuals that are ready to assist a growing company The individual should be self-motivated and interested in adding value and making a difference within an organization.
