Job Description:

As a Lead Agile Coach, you will lead an enablement POD / team that may help multiple delivery PODs or teams collaborate and partner on an agile product to drive value at the right time and in the right way. Your ability to create trusting relationships and influence your partners will require a lot of valuable collaboration and time with our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Training Agile teams on requisite Modern Development frameworks (Scrum/ Kanban/ Lean XP)
• Owning outcomes to ensure the PODs deliver value
• Constructing meaningful solutions through true collaboration
• Guiding the team to improve their efficiency by using the right metrics to manage and measure
• Helping the business in conceptualizing prioritized product backlogs using Product Management Practices
• Driving metrics usage with the client for data driven decisions around development progress
• Coaching Agile teams and requisite business IT and Business partners (Product Managers, Value Stream Owners) on transparency, empowerment, ethics, self-organization and responsive action
• Implementing one or more scaled Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum@scale, Less, SAFe, Spotify, DAD )
• Embedding continuous improvement within the Agile team

Job Requirements:

• Agile Certifications such as CSM or PSM or SAFe SM – At least one Scrum Certification required from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, Scruminc.com or SAFe
• Agile Modeling – Domain modeling, State Diagrams, Activity Diagrams
• Informed on TDD, ATDD, BDD, CICD, Modern Engineering Practices
• At least 2 years working on scaled modern development product portfolios
• Multiple technology platforms i.e. transitioning diverse technology teams (JAVA/.NET/Mainframe/Data Warehouse/Web Services/Cloud)
• Training – Ability to build and delivery training sessions
• Proven track record and experience implementing canned Scaled Frameworks, or ability to adapt them to build a hybrid that is relevant to each client situation
• Techniques to include: story mapping, estimation, Prioritization, Retrospective
• 1+ years’ experience delivering value into PROD using MVP tests, validated learning with Digital engineering tool chains, experienced in software delivery
• Facilitation – the art of conducting workshops, retrospectives, assessments, and building relationships between multiple partners and team members
• Strong Communication skills – Strong English written, and oral skills required
• STEM Bachelors’ Degree and 12+ years’ experience with at least 4 years in Agile Projects or Product development work.
