Job Description:

Implements recruitment and employee selection related activities; sources talent for experienced and/or university hires. Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Talent Acquisition Diversity Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead one direct report, Diversity Program Advisor, to manage experienced hiring and internal mobility recruitment, tools, vendors/suppliers, processes, and recruitment analytics.
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the long-term vision and goals for diversity, equity and inclusion, build new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion TA programs and training for Chevron
  • Partner with our Recruiters in the execution of diversity hiring strategies in support of our hiring objectives and in alignment with our overall DE&I strategy for the company
  • Provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing global Talent Acquisition (TA) DE&I strategy, programs and initiatives
  • Provide leadership in identifying events conferences that helps attract diverse talent as well as enhances our brand as an employer of choice. Support and provide direction on the planning, logistics prep and execution of the conferences. Work with the national orgs to negotiate agreements and details
  • Serve as a key diversity TA advisor and will collaborate closely with leaders across Chevron building upon the strategic plan and advancing previous Chevron diversity recruitment work.
  • Drive data-driven TA programs, convey insights and decisions and leverage new and existing data to inform how we attract, select, grow, and retain talent.
  • Develop a comprehensive diversity recruitment marketing strategy in partnership with communications team

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to set global strategies
  • Some travel required
  • 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • 5 years of DE&I strategy, sourcing, programs and service
  • 5 years of University Recruiting and Strategic Partnerships experience
