Casey’s is seeking a full-time District Supervisor for the Storm Lake, IA area. Job Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between the Store Managers and Regional Director to maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Develop Team Members on career pathway.
- Assist with executing Casey’s strategic initiatives, driving sales, and maintaining standards within your assigned area.
- Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area.
Job Requirements:
- Previous management experience in multi-unit retail or convenience store environment.
- Capability of prioritizing tasks and driving performance to accomplish goals.
- Willingness to travel
- Passion to train, coach and engage team members.
