Job Description:

Drive functional / operational support and governance for the RTC, including Colleague Engagment and Training, Service Management and TC/Partnership Engagment as defined by the key accountabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Through building and maintaining strong relationships across senior management and colleagues within the RTC and S&BM, and with partners across HR, Risk, Operations and
• Tech, support CoS and RTC leadership in delivering on their objectives for:
• Maintain RTC intranet sharepoint ensuring updated monthly
• Assist in the creation of Townhall and Offsite presentations, and direct the admin support on logisitics.
• Assist with Risk Academy faculty requirements
• Assist with presentation preparation, data consolidation and uploading submissions
• Support Head of Service and Business Management through a fluid engagement with S&BM colleagues and RTC to ensure delivery of the defined model of our service.
• Assist with the regular RTC Newsletter
• Assist CoS with RTC comms plan, RTC specific people plan action and alignment to Risk Strategy
• Provide operational support on collating data for strategic initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Strong organisational ability and practices, with ability to balance multiple challenges and competing demands
• Effective communication skills and confident in delivering presentations
• Proactive, motivated, disciplined individual with strong attention to detail
• PC literate, familiar and comfortable with Microsoft suite of applications
• Prior experience within business management or supporting business management aligned to Functional TC.
• Proven ability to work independently, and as part of a team
