Job Description: Reporting to the Assistant Director, Systems and Business Design in the Fintech Research team, you are responsible for bringing your knowledge of the payments eco-system in a major design effort. Working in a talented, high-performing team of economists, business architects, system architects and technical subject-matter experts you will apply your knowledge to shape the business model and system design that may be deployed nationally in the future. Job Responsibilities: Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of developments in technology and business in the payments industry to ensure the development of a world-class CBDC. Contribute in the business analysis with stakeholders such as merchants, payment service providers, fintechs etc. Contribute to the development of business and operating models for CBDC eco-systems Guide business development with eco-system participants such as merchants and fintechs Provide expert advice on all aspects of the payments industry including the current eco-system and trends.
