Job Description:
This role would support the Operational Risk and Controls Oversight Executive and team handling diverse, advanced and confidential administrative duties. Typically manages different and conflicting objectives, projects or activities at once.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to, coordinating executive schedule, Outlook distribution list maintenance, book meeting, travel arrangements, order supplies.
- Onboard and off board associates and contractors.
- Manage the SPOC role for access reviews.
- Some staff at this level are involved in high-level client contract and exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.

- Relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for the executive.
Job Requirements:
- Is confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies (for example, ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Communicates effectively and confidently, and is comfortable engaging all clients.
- Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients’ financial lives.
- Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
