Job Responsibilities:

• Research card network changes
• Manage Card Network Releases across all the platforms
• Participate in card network related initiatives and working groups, or other needs as assigned to meet P&I objectives.
• Provide guidance and lead discussion with client support teams and clients as needed to aid in decision making for Card Network Release mandates support.
• Distribute to various teams for stakeholder impact across Product and Platform Teams.
• Maintain and routinely evaluate process and procedures to support thorough oversight, execution and risk management for Card Network Release mandates.
• Lead analytical decision making related to the Card Network Releases and Risk Management
• Consistently lead business partners and team to develop and deliver effective training to the multiple business partners and clients
• Identify areas that will be impacted
• Effectively manage team of product managers to consume and execute on Card Network Release changes

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational risk management, compliance management strongly focused on process design, development, risk and controls
• 10 years of Core Acquiring (Credit/Debit) industry experience
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills
• Expert knowledge of payment processing, payment interfaces, regulation updates, card network updates
• 5+ years in card product development and product management
• 7-10 years direct team management background in a sales and/or service environment
• Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
