Job Description: Asda are currently going through one of the biggest retail transformations in the world and as a result, we are looking for experienced Change Managers to help us navigate through this exciting period of transformation. Job Responsibilities: You will work closely with the Future Programme change team to understand the broader priorities across the business and corporate change plans. You will lead the impacts assessment of the system, people and process for Commercial systems change and you will identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics/Resistance management plan. You will create and implement coaching, training design and training delivery/implementation plans (design & delivery) and you will work with the learning design manager/learning designer to inform learning design that equips the end users with the skills they need to utilise our Commercial systems through a digital first lens. You will work closely with business SMEs to translate action plans and impact plans into relevant communication material suitable for the audience. Post implementation, you will monitor the adoption of new systems and ways of working to make sure they are embedded. You will be ‘on the ground' during implementation pivoting the change, training and comms approach as required and continuously track and report issues. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and engaging the Commercial team in the change/comms plan.
