ASDA Careers – Change Manager

Job Description:

Asda are currently going through one of the biggest retail transformations in the world and as a result, we are looking for experienced Change Managers to help us navigate through this exciting period of transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the Future Programme change team to understand the broader priorities across the business and corporate change plans.
• You will lead the impacts assessment of the system, people and process for Commercial systems change and you will identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics/Resistance management plan.
• You will create and implement coaching, training design and training delivery/implementation plans (design & delivery) and you will work with the learning design manager/learning designer to inform learning design that equips the end users with the skills they need to utilise our Commercial systems through a digital first lens.
• You will work closely with business SMEs to translate action plans and impact plans into relevant communication material suitable for the audience.
• Post implementation, you will monitor the adoption of new systems and ways of working to make sure they are embedded.
• You will be ‘on the ground’ during implementation pivoting the change, training and comms approach as required and continuously track and report issues.
• You will play a pivotal role in supporting and engaging the Commercial team in the change/comms plan.
