Job Responsibilities: Leads staff to ensure team member's skills are utilized to the highest degree possible; leads coordination with Maintenance Training to ensure on-going enhancement of staff and skill set Leads by example, coaches our team members to success and builds trustworthy relationships Monitors the coordination of maintenance manpower requirements overtime and consistency with program scheduling and priorities Ensures team members know, understand and are engaged in achieving critical Metrics and key performance indicators Manages the daily Production requirements through subordinates Ensures team members are following procedures in order to ensure maximum efficiency, compliance and safety Conducts regular meetings with Business Reviews and Boardwalks to ensure best possible communication, identification, and resolution of action items Executes manpower deployment and shift production requirements Maintains effective communication between Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities Maintenance and other Supply Chain groups Job Requirements: Knowledge of labor reporting and crew utilization Ability to concurrently manage multiple areas of responsibility Strong interpersonal and PC skills A&P License Must pass a background reference check and criminal fingerprint check Bachelor's degree in Business, Aeronautics or related field or equivalent experience/training Strong working knowledge of the GPM and SPPM Excellent analytical, organization and planning skills Experience supervising and/or leading workgroups 1 year leadership experience supervising production operation in an area related to heavy/shop maintenance Knowledge of audit requirements Understanding of Airline/Technical operations Job Details: Company: American Airlines Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Tulsa, OK, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here vacanciesforyou.net
