Job Description:

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Program Scheduler/Project Planning & Scheduling Specialist II for immediate employment in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be part of the PPM Project Controls Services Group supporting one of our largest K-12 education programs in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify schedule issues, opportunities and corrective actions to mitigate potential delays to projects
• Represent company and/or project in meetings with owner, A/E representatives and other contractors as required
• Develop and generate master program schedules
• Provide schedule layouts and filters of schedules as requested by the project PM and Owner
• Be capable of explaining schedule and positions in a formal meeting, presentation, or negotiation
• Review and analyze monthly schedule Updates and Baselines (resource loaded if required) using the CPM method in Primavera P6

Job Requirements:

• Must have an understanding of construction means, methods, and sequences
• Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling knowledge/experience and the ability to analyze schedules to determine duration and logic issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Six (6) years of experience of progressive Construction Project Management experience, with focus on Scheduling
• Minimum ‘Advanced or Expert’ status using Primavera P6 scheduling software
• Prior field project engineering experience in K-12 and/or Higher Education projects
• Six (6) years of experience of progressive Construction Project Management experience, which includes a minimum of three (3) years of scheduling experience
• Experience in reviewing and developing Time Impact Analysis
• Prior experience in K-12 and/or Higher E
• Experienced in K-12 programs or projects in the pre-con and construction phases
• Bachelor’ degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
