Job Description: The Crew Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate Crew Records for all Pilots and Cabin Crew. Job Responsibilities: Assist with the regular internal auditing of Crew records to identify any out of date or incorrect documentation Keep information up to date and in line with Jet2.com Policies as well as Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) legislation. Input a wide range of details relating to Jet2.com Crew into the digital record keeping system Ensure vital items such as Crew licenses and flying approvals are kept fully up to date Verify detail/record accuracy and ensure updates are made in a timely manner.
