Job Responsibilities: You will engage with and assist online shoppers via live chat, phone and email with order enquiries, product knowledge, and styling/gifting choices. Some involvement within our social media community management will also be a requirement. Due to increased volume of online customer enquiries during the busy Christmas period, PANDORA has the opportunity for talent to join our online customer experience team on a short term casual contract. Your primary responsibility will be assisting online consumers from Australia and New Zealand to have an exceptional shopping and brand experience by responding to all enquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively.
