Job Description: As a member of the IMBRUVICA Oncology Patient Marketing team, the Associate Director is responsible for a patient-centric approach to designing, developing and implementing commercial initiatives and tactics aligned with the brand strategic imperatives. The Associate Director reports to the Director of Patient Marketing. The Associate Director will be a part of a team of existing Associate Directors as well as engage and collaborate with a cross-functional team including market access, medical affairs, regulatory, public affairs, medical and regulatory review, business insights, and market research. Job Responsibilities: Drive and participate in business and marketing plans process. Coordinate the work of multiple external vendors and internal departments including marketing, market research, legal, regulatory, medical affairs, segment marketing, corporate compliance, consumer marketing and IT. Understand the B-cell oncology/hematology market landscape, patient perspectives, value drivers, and competitive landscape as well as any unique dynamics in the market. Develop and deliver executive updates for business reviews and new findings. Collaborate with sales training to ensure effective, impactful, best in class training on promotional tools and programs. Champion cross-functional activities at key congresses and tradeshows. Develop and review key marketing materials and lead projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process. Influence business leaders and effectively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business results. Effectively work, collaborate and drive results through our co-promotion alliance on both strategic alignment and tactical roll-out in a timely fashion. Manage and monitor A&P budget and develop metrics to measure programs’ success. Collaborate with Marketing Director(s) and business leaders to build, manage and execute patient marketing plans, specifically those related to omnichannel marketing, social media, community building, to achieve business objectives and goals for patient communities, market and financial results. Job Requirements: Proven marketing experience with increased proficiency in all marketing skills Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding execution Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and presentation skills Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility within sales and marketing Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment Outstanding project management skills and experience managing multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and ideally, alliance partners.
