Job Description: As a Service Integration Specialist, you are the primary intake point to the Service Management Office for ITS Portfolio’s. You will ensure ITS practices used by the BoC are enabled for delivery of Services and ensure service providers and key stakeholders are informed of their responsibility and equipped for the delivery of the services. You will work with representatives from the business, product and process leads and Solution Architects to design IT services using design thinking and customer/user experience practices. Job Responsibilities: Interact directly with portfolios in, developing and maintaining a strong on-going relationship; always looking for opportunities to improve client satisfaction and experience lead in service adoption strategies (communication, training, knowledge) and efforts related to the delivery of IT Services by ensuring ITS teams and key stakeholders are informed on service value and benefits Identify and manage critical success factors and key performance indicators to review service health with service & product owners Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of those processes in the delivery of IT Services Mentor and coach team member in the holistic approach to design and delivery of services lead in the management and governance of IT control processes and procedures Oversee the implementation of new practices, policies and special initiatives to enhance and support business needs Act as a project manager on medium sized projects assigned to Service Management Initiate and review feedback on service delivery and lead continual improvement efforts to support clients in enhancing their services Job Requirements: Relocation assistance may be provided, if required Security level required: Reliability A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related discipline is preferred Three or more years of experience in diverse roles and increasing responsibilities facilitating product or process design session, applying design thinking while conducting client journey and value stream mapping Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of intermediate (level 3) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of functional (level 4) in second official language.
